The location and view were stunning! The thermal baths were incredible. Being able to watch the sunset in such an amazing setting was unforgettable. The green bar had a really cool retro vibe that made it stand out.
They were lacking any charm or joy, and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was mediocre, and the selection and quality of food was very average.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who want to relax and rejuvenate. Surrounded by beautiful countryside landscapes, one can admire the breathtaking views from the thermal pools. The service is exceptional and the staff makes you feel at home. The croissants at breakfast are delicious, and the pool and common areas are always pristine.
The restaurant’s limited menu options was a downside to the experience.

Spending my Xmas vacation at this hotel was a real treat. I loved the complimentary access to the wonderful thermal baths and gardens. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful town centre and its charming shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The food was amazing and the daily menu offered great variety.
While the rooms could use some updating, they were still cozy and comfortable. A little noise could be heard from the corridors but it didn't interrupt our sleep.

Great location, centrally located. Nice complementary coffee and croissants at check-in. Enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a beautiful view.
The hotel was quite noisy at night due to a street parade and some construction happening nearby. The room was also quite small and lacked some of the amenities we were expecting.

We had a fantastic time staying at this charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Tuscan countryside. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and in a quaint village. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, making us feel like part of the family. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a variety of options. The large outdoor grounds, including a tennis court, provided plenty of space to relax and unwind.
The dress code for dinner seemed a bit unnecessary and strict. It would have been nice to have more flexibility in choosing our attire.
